September 30, 2003     Dear Investors:   It is our greatest pleasure to send out to you this first status report on the Lake Mary Professional Campus. The enthusiasm for Lake Mary was so overwhelming that we even had to reduce the amount of the subscriptions so that everyone could participate. I want to thank each and everyone of you personally for putting your trust in our developments.   Our office condominiums have been very successful in the past and Lake Mary, without a doubt, will continue this trend.
