Architecturals
| We have selected for the
Lake Mary Professional Campus the architectural firm
Fugleberg Koch Architects, renowned firm in Winterpark,
Florida. |
| All the
construction/permit drawings are virtually completed. We
now have The Association’s approval. This institution
approves all the Architecturals before the city does. |
Marketing and
Promotion
| Within the next week there
will be a press release in the Central Florida business
section of the Orlando Sentinel. During the third week
of October a mail out of 5,000 pieces will go out
inviting the public to take advantage of the
pre-construction prices. Our Signage
will very soon be going up. |
| A brochure has been
prepared emphasizing the ownership advantage and special
pre-construction pricing. |
| Extensive networking is
being carried out by our exclusive agents, Ron Campbell
and David Barley, from the real estate firm Palm Beach
Land Trust. This company has recently opened a new
office in Winter Park, very accessible to Lake Mary,
downtown, Maitland and Altamonte Springs, our primary
markets for our project. |
| Lake Mary Professional
Campus LLC has
joined the Seminole / Lake Mary Regional Chamber of
commerce as a corporate member.A half page full color ad
has been placed in the Lake Mary Regional Chamber of
Commerce directory as a corporate member.
This directory will be out in January 2004 and is
given out at all Chamber functions and to all new comers
and interested parties that visit the chamber offices
for information. The
Marketing Director of the Chamber has requested
promotional material for distribution.
A corporate table has been purchased for the
upcoming Chamber banquet.

the Chamber on sight is being planned for January.
A ground breaking ceremony will take place after
the Thursday mixer. |
